Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026. This is a plain-English summary — please review with your own adviser before relying on it.

ClydeAI ("we", "us") provides AI receptionist and assistant services to businesses in Scotland. This policy explains how we handle personal data, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

How we use it

Where it's stored

Data is processed and stored in the UK/EU. We use reputable processors (e.g. our hosting and AI providers) under appropriate data-processing terms. Where a client is our customer, we act as a data processor on their behalf under a data-processing agreement.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. Our own pages do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe's secure checkout sets cookies necessary for processing your payment. We don't run third-party ad pixels.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop processing it. Contact info@clydeai.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law, then delete it.

Who's responsible (data controller)

ClydeAI is a Glasgow-based business and is the data controller for enquiry data you submit to us. For data our AI employees handle on behalf of a client business, that client is the controller and we act as their processor. Questions or requests: info@clydeai.co.uk.
